Those who ask for discounts... I know some of you Santas do a lot of charity events at hospitals/homes/etc. and make little or no money for your services. And I truly admire you for doing so. I have some Santas for this reason, ask for discounts. I wish I could make/charge less for these, but truth is, leather is constantly going up. My Santa leather now is $10+ a sq ft. and with as much detail involved in my belts, it takes about 4-5 hrs to make one. These are not "rolled" belts, they are custom handcrafted designs and I'm sure there is nothing out there that compares to the quality and uniqueness of these belts, as I have so often been told by my customers. I have thousands of dollars invested in unique stamps that no one else has. The prices are as low as I can go. This is also how I make my living and not just a hobby. I hope that my contribution would be offering UNIQUE Santa belts that will add to the magic of Christmas for children all over the world. Each Santa Belt takes about 3-4 hours to make. If you add a Santa Bag, that adds up to a full day of work. So, have patience with me...I work the Santa orders in with my regular orders/Craft Shows/Festivals. This is a one man operation and I am working hard to get your belt out and on time for you!
		First your new belt will be hand cut from 12/13 oz Veg Tan Leather or Drum Dyed harness leather. Then the edges will be beveled on all four sides to make a nice round edge. It will be sized, ends cut and rounded, then the design process begins.
The groove is cut and the stitching tool embossed.	The arch tool is then stamped in, one by one.	The grass tool is stamped in, one by one.	Santa stamp pressed in by an arbor.
Santa stamp with sleighs on each side.	The reindeer are precisely spaced out.	Reindeer stamps pressed in.	Your custom design/stamps applied between reindeer.
Snowflakes/hoofs/etc around the holes.	Border being dyed.	Double black border done.	Interior being dyed.
Edges dyed black/burnished, several times during the process.	Antiqued finish.	Antiqued finish being applied.	Apply, then wipe off.
Applied, dull finish, ready for high gloss finish.	While the front is drying, acrylic the back. Several coats will be applied.	Once the front is dried, then the acrylic finish is applied, several coats.	Tuff Kote Acrylic Finish Applied.

Standard Belt Prices!
1 1/2" $40 (most common size), 1 3/4" $42, 1 1/4" $38, 1" $32 (U.N.O.)
Any Painting/Coloring $5 extra. Brown tones/red tone background staining are standard and included in the standard pricing, no extra charge.
Kids Belts $3 off regular adult prices. (Size 26" and under)

XL Belts $55 (45" up to 70"+/-)
I have to use extra thick and extra long belts which cost much more per foot.

Shipping/Handling: $8 Priority Mail add $1 for each add'l belt.
Example: A typical belt w/o painting is: $40 + $8 s/h = $48 total

Expedited Service
Expedited Service (ES) applies to BELTS ONLY, not Santa orders.
Normally, if I am pretty much caught up and there are only a few orders pending, I can have your order out in several days. But, if I have a list of orders to get out, and if you are pressed for time, Expedited Service is available. This puts you at the top of the list. Order will go out within 1-2 days. Expedited Service is an additional $10. Add $8 for each add'l belt.

Please READ about SIZING your belt. It is simple to understand if you read the instructions. I provide you 3 different ways to size the belt, so please try to do as many as possible. If you are not sure about how to size it, just call or email me. If you have any questions about the forms, the more questions you ask, the less chance of a mistake and you not getting your order perfect.

After receiving your belt and it is too small or too big and I followed your listed size on the form, I cannot make you another one for free.
If I sized it wrong, I will be glad to make another one and send it to you for free....that is my Guarantee!

Just a note to say, I am a Christian and this is a Christian business. I will put most anything on a belt except things and words that go against my moral values. For example, I don't carry "pot" stamps and will not put curse words or upside down 5 pointed stars (pentagrams) on belts. I hope you understand my convictions on this, we are here to glorify God in whatever we do.
