The following is my experience with this man and company...you can tell me if you would ever do business with such a company or man!

I inquired about a 300cc Trike (motorcycle) off of their website.
They sent me the info. I asked what the min was, they told me just 1.
This was consistent on many of the other bikes and the specs, that listed only 1 min. See below links.

They sent me an invoice for ONE ($1975) and the banking info.
I sent the funds, they were verified as being received and I was promised once received, my bike would be shipped.

THEN, they send me an email and stated that the corporate office now says there is a min of 3.....
then they tell me to send the "balance" of an additional $3,950!...for 3 bikes!
And they say that is my ONLY option, duties/fees have been paid on them and cannot be reversed!

They now have my $2K HOSTAGE and won't send me the bike or the money!
...pure EXTORTION! This is WRONG on so many levels!!!

I am ready to order....I have just a few more questions.
I looked at a couple of sites and each one had different products....is there a site that has all of your items?
Also I have been looking at the KANDI, 3 wheel, 2 seater, car style...do you carry that or anything similar, street legal?
The 300cc, does it come completely assembled, in the specs, it is a little confusing, it says completely assembled, and then it also says you have to attach wheels/mirrors/etc.
Does it come with the MOS papers to have it titled? Does it come with the bike or separately? I would like to receive the papers before or at the same time.

I don't know if you are aware of the problem below....so here is what has happened.

1. My first question was, what is the min. qty. I have to purchase? I was told just one. There were other bikes/scooters/atv that also listed just 1 minimum.

3. You acknowledged that you had received the funds and it would be shipped immediately upon receiving the funds.

5. Then I received an email saying...or sorry, the min is 3, please send $4000! and this is your ONLY option!

You can't change the TERMS of the agreement after you get my money!....this is INSANE, DISHONEST, BAD BUSINESS AND JUST SIMPLY WRONG!. At this point you can tell, I am extremely upset and I want this to be RESOLVED immediately! If you have any relationship with your business partners, work it out with them and send me the bike I have paid for. Even if you have to take a loss, do it. This is not the customers error.....make it right and do the right thing.

I have had all about you and your order from my company, i was also inform by my sec that you came online on my messenger trying to chart with me but i was not in the office until 2pm, now concerning your order, the branch where you made this order from is one of my branch office as i have many outlet where i sell motorcycles.

duties on the bikes of the 3unit minimum order but due to the delay about my balance i withheld the order pending when my balance is send to my accountant.

I am sorry he made a mistake. I am in the "leather" business and not the "bike" business. I have been in business since 1973. I knew that by riding the bike I would get many comments on it and having you as a contact, and with the min being only one, that I would sell a few from time to time.

I am a very trusting person, and a trustworthy person as well. If you want to send the 3 bikes, I will guarantee you I will have them sold within a few weeks at best and I will send you the money. If this is going to damage your company I am sorry. None of this was my fault as you have indicated. If this is critical to your company, it would be best if you paid for the other two bikes, send all 3 and as soon as I sell the bikes you will have your money. Call it a loan if you like. This looks like the only option. I am willing to put in the extra and time to sell the bikes and get you out of this bind.

Let me explain my situation. I live in a motor home and I have a mobile leather workshop. So I don't have a permanent residence. I travel from show to show. I make custom handmade belts. I don't have any employees....it's a one man show.

I don't really have a place to store 3 bikes, I would have to have them delivered to the campground I am staying, and try to stay there long enough to sell them as quickly as I could. This actually messes up any of my scheduled shows that cover usually about 5 states, this will end up costing me money if I miss these shows. So, this SIMPLE transaction is costing me time and money. I have a show in two weeks and now I don't know if I will be able to make it because of all of this.

So, I look at it this way. I am willing to put forth the extra time and effort to sell the two extra bikes and get you your money. I know you are in a bind with the shipping company. This looks like the only way out for your problem.

I have FULFILLED my obligation 100%. This way, I receive the bike I paid for and in a short time you will receive your money back.....consider it a loan and also a way out of the problem that will resolve your problem and help your company. I don't what either of us to take a loss. The sooner you send the bikes, the sooner you will receive your money. I have $2000 invested already now it's your time to invest and to resolve this problem.

I will do this. Send the one bike, as soon as I receive it I will send you $375. I will split the difference with you. I think that is more than fair. Since my account/bill is PAID IN FULL. That will be $375 more than I should be paying. I want the bike and will be willing to do this to settle all of this.....this will also cease any penalties you would be occurring on the non-shipment.

Mr wood the amount have already lost is more that 750usd. if i should give you the estimate. so you paying now 375usd is too small for me re-arranging 1 bike to be ship to you. so please dont let us continues ague again. the list amount i can accept from you is 550usd. once you make the payment then i give authorization of delivery of the 1unit bike.

The fact that you CAN ship one bike and work with the shipping agency tells me that things could have been worked out from the beginning. The fact that your mistake was going to cost you money, and you did not want to pay for your mistake and tried to sell me another two bikes to cut your losses. You should be re-arranging this for FREE. Fact is, I am PAID IN FULL, I am willing to pay more just to get the bike....I should not have to pay another dime....but am willing to split the cost with you. Take the small loss, learn from it, send me the bike, then I will send you the money and all this will be over.

Now he is taking my money to pay the fees!

Mr Xu, I have done all I can do to resolve this. I have even agreed to pay over and above the PAID IN FULL amount to resolve this. All this because of YOUR mistake of ordering more than I paid for. I have tried to exercise my Christian faith to FORGIVE and FORGET if you would resolve this and send me the bike or refund my money. I have already talked to the Federal Trade Commission and my bank. They said if I go ahead and file that they would do an investigation of Fraud/Scam into your company and you personally. This could lead to them freezing all your accounts, both business and personal. This is the last thing I want to do, all I want is to receive what I have paid for or refund my funds immediately. It is up to you how I proceed in the next 24 hours.
