Deed says 40 acres, more
or less. When I purchased it, it was advertised as 52 ac.
When you calculate the area on the county map, it does add up to 52 acres.

Located just off I-95
(Frontage Road), about a mile north of I-74

DAY 1 WALK IN
This is at the end of the road between the
two businesses, the bus and storage places.
There is a short grassy area that leads to the wooded area that leads to the 52
acres
I tried to walk a straight line from the bottom point to the river, so the pics
I took only represent
a small portion of what I saw. There is a logger road on the left side of
the plat that I want to
survey as soon as I can to take more pics....I am thinking the land over there
would be higher and more solid.

The main river is in the far background,
there is some inner water areas before the river.
There are some areas that have standing
water, more of a swamp area. There is a little bit of everything,
swamp/firm ground/thicket/easy walking areas.
The first half had a lot of brush/torns/thicket to cut through to get to the
river area. The last half was easier to walk through, and the ground was a
bit soft in some areas.

It was thick like this from the front to about half way back to the river,
then it cleared some and was easier to walk.
DAY TWO - LOGGING TRAIL

Logged about 5 yrs ago, you can see some
large timber "slices" in the center of pic. There is a large cleared area
that was logged.
